2 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Only
Each player may only open one official account at mdl97. If a second account is found sharing the same personal details, IP address, or payment method, both accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
The name, phone number, payment method and other details provided when opening an account must be accurate. If any inaccurate information is found, the account will be suspended and verification documents will be required. 3 Account Management
3.1 Password Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details (Username and Password) secure. Do not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access or any irregular activity on your account, notify us immediately. We will never ask for your Password.
3.2 Account Suspension / Closure
mdl97 may immediately suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations—
- When a breach of these terms and conditions is detected
- When use of unauthorised third-party software or bots is detected
- When cheating or collusion to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is detected
- When there is suspicion of violating laws related to fraud or money laundering
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
Accepted deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks per transaction. Funds should be credited to your account immediately after deposit. If there is a delay, please contact us via Live Chat.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. We aim to process requests within one hour (it may take longer if additional verification is required). Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Financial Verification
mdl97 may carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at the time of withdrawal as part of measures to prevent fraud and money laundering. If identity verification documents are requested, they must be submitted promptly. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors receive a 100% bonus on their deposit amount — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (Wagering Requirement).
Example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
- Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,520,000 Ks → Wagering 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks
Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is fully met.
5.2 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per person / per account / per payment method.
- The Wagering Requirement for a bonus must be completed within 30 days of claiming it. If not completed in time, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
- If a player chooses to decline a bonus, the deposited amount can be withdrawn at any time with no time restriction.
- If a withdrawal is requested after claiming a bonus but before the Wagering Requirement is met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The mdl97 VIP programme has 5 tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are —
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
When your play volume increases for a level upgrade, the level is automatically raised. Cashback is bonus money and has a wagering requirement.
6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on this platform—
- Using third-party software (bots, scripts, autoclickers, emulators) to play
- Colluding with others to manipulate gameplay
- Abusing bonus terms to claim bonuses
- Attempting money laundering
- Threatening or harassing mdl97 staff or other players
If any of these violations are found, funds may be seized and the account closed, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
6.2 Data and System Protection
Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, SQL injection, or any action that breaches platform infrastructure is prohibited and may result in legal liability.
